The latest episode and last before the upcoming WWE pay-per-view Clash at the Castle took place at the OVO Hydro Stadium in Glasgow, Scotland.

WWE has arrived in Scotland just a couple of days before their major upcoming event, which consists of some terrific matches, including the rematch between homeboy Drew McIntyre and Damien Priest. 

WWE SmackDown Grades for June 14, 2024

Mia Yim vs. Nia Jax 

Key moments:

• 1) After their backstage fight, both superstars are ready to take on each other.
• 2) Mia attacked Nia Jax before the bell rang and continued their rivalry.
• 3) Nia Jax won the match in a short period of time, proving her tag as an irresistible force.

Winner: Nia Jax defeated Mia Yim. 

Grade: C-

AJ Styles and Cody Rhodes Confrontation 

Key moments:

• 1) WWE organizers scheduled a confrontation between Cody Rhodes and Aj Styles.
• 2) AJ Styles came up with Luke Gallows and Carl Anderson, who are his close friends.
• 3) Cody was urged to have a one-on-one talk with AJ Styles.
• 4) Both superstars in the WWE universe exchange a few words and insults without fighting physically.

DIY on the Grayson Waller Effect show 

Key moments:

• 1) Grayson Waller and Austin Theory, who are close friends, arranged an episode of the Grayson Waller Effect on WWE SmackDown.
• 2) Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa were the invited guests.
• 3) Johnny tried to break the friendship between Grayson and Theory with his words and was seen encouraging Theory that he could win on his own.
• 4) At the end, theory got two shots, which were to be given to Waller, which increased the tension between the two close friends.

Kevin Owens vs. Solo Sikoa 

Key moments:

• 1) This was the main event for the last SmackDown before WWE Clash at the Castle 2024. 
• 2) Kevin Owens was in control of the match and about to win until Logan Paul helped Solo by putting his leg on the bottom rope.
• 3) Kevin Owens got distracted and went after Logan, which cost him the match with two Samoan spikes from Solo Sikoa.
• 4) Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa attacked Kevin after the match, while Randy Orton came to Kevin’s rescue.

Winner: Solo Sikoa defeated Kevin Owens. 

Grade: B+

Naomi vs. Chelsea Green 

Key moments:

• 1) The Naomi and Chelsea encounter was enjoyed by WWE fans.
• 2) Naomi was gaining claps and chants for her moves, while Green was getting booes.
• 3) Bayley was prevented from cheating, which helped Naomi register the win against Chelsea.
• 4) The match wasn’t epic but was surely enjoyable for all the WWE fans.

Winner: Naomi defeated Chelsea Green
