Ahead of the upcoming WWE 2K25 Attitude Era DLC Pack, the developers revealed a new patch 1.24 update for the game, which has a download size of 4.5 GB for Xbox.

The patch 1.24 update also brings a big fix for the community creations.

For the past few months, WWE gamers have been frustrated with the problem of their uploads not appearing while searching for them.

Now the patch notes have mentioned that they have now resolved this issue, so your creations should appear as normal.

El Grande Americano DLC is available as a playable character

The major highlight of the new patch notes update is none other than the El Grande Americano DLC, which replaced the Celebrity DLC of the New Wave Pack.

If you have purchased the new wave pack, then you can see El Grande Americano added to the game automatically after installing the WWE 2K25 1.24 Patch Notes Update.

Americano’s DLC character comes with a completely new entrance, trons, and commentary.

Apart from these things, Americano has 5 different finisher moves, with the first one being the ankle lock from a grounded position, and the 4 other finisher moves are his different versions of headbutts, for which he is popular on WWE TV too.

While other moves are already present in the game, one new additional finisher has been assigned to the character via the Patch 1.24 Update, which is a Moonsault santon.

A new taunt has been added to the Americano character, where he says “Gracias” (thank you) in Chad Gable’s voice.

New crowd chants saying, “This is Gable, no it’s not,” can be heard from some portion of the audience.

WWE 2K25 New Persona Cards Update

2K25 modder Witty Witterson teased 3 upcoming Persona cards for the game, as the new update brought Cody Rhodes ’22 to the game with his look from the Hell in a Cell match against Seth Rollins.

The creator also found a classic version of Trish Stratus ’03 with a purple outfit, a black coat and hat. The creator also revealed that this version of Trish will have her older theme, “Time to Rock and Roll.”

Witterson also revealed that WWE 2K25 has plans to add a retro version of AJ Styles with short hair and classic gear from TNA.

AJ Styles’s retro version is said to feature his TNA theme music, “Let’s Get Ready To Fight,” which takes the excitement to the next level.
