On the October 7 episode of AEW Dynamite, Kyle Fletcher successfully defended his TNT Championship against O’Reilly, and after the match, he was joined by the Don Callis Family, and together they attacked O’Reilly.

Roderick Strong, Tomohiro Ishii, and Mark Briscoe saved O’Reilly while Briscoe went face-to-face with the TNT champion.

In the scenario, Renee Paquette came out and announced that on October 18, Kyle Fletcher will defend his TNT Championship against Mark Briscoe.

The Young Bucks registered their first tag team win in AEW since 2025 and, after the match, attacked the Jurassic Express.

With this, Matt and Nick Jackson challenged Jack Perry and Luchasaurus for a match at AEW WrestleDream, and earlier that night, The Young Bucks were spotted begging Tony Khan for a money match, and they finally got it.

So The Young Bucks have another money opportunity as they face The Jurassic Express for a $500k match on October 18.

In the title Tuesday Dynamite episode, Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita won by defeating Brodido to win the Double Jeopardy Eliminator match.

Due to the victory on the October 7 episode, Okada and Takeshita will now challenge Brodido for the AEW World Tag Team Championship at AEW WrestleDream 2025.

So these were the latest announced matches for the AEW WrestleDream 2025 card.
