Afa Anoa’i passed away
The wrestling world is in huge shock with the death of Afa Anoa’i, who is the uncle of Roman Reigns and also one of the most dominant tag team wrestlers in the history of WWE.
Afa and his brother Sika were known as the Wild Samoans, and during the 1980s, they ruled the entire wrestling world with their dominance.
Afa and Sikoa’s wrestling careersÂ

Afa and Sika started their wrestling journey in the 1970s, where they performed under the banner of Stampede wrestling and the National Wrestling Alliance.
In 1979, they joined WWE, previously known as the WWF. Their strength and dominance in the men’s tag team department helped them win three world tag team championship titles during the 1980s. This made them one of the most dangerous tag team duos in the history of wrestling.

Afa Anoa’i wrestling influenceÂ

Afa, after his wrestling career, became the manager of His son Samu and his nephew Rikishi later opened a Wild Somoan Training Facility, where they gave training to the animal Batista.
In 2007, the Wild Samoans were inducted into the Hall of Fame list by WWE, and recently on WWE SmackDown, they paid tribute to Afa Anoa’i. His contributions to the wrestling world will always be remembered.
Legends like Sika and Afa Anoa’i have given us some of the greatest WWE superstars like Rikishi, Batista, Roman Reigns, and now Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. The usos are also contributing to the industry because they belong to the same Anoa’i family.
