The 53-year-old veteran, who debuted back in 1999 for WWE as K-Kwik, confirmed his contract will not be renewed, ending a remarkable 17-year second stint with the company. Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp verified the announcement, dispelling rumors of a hack or jest, stating Killings will leave when his deal expires.

R-Truth, a two-time United States Champion, two-time Tag Team Champion, and record 54-time 24/7 Champion, became a fan favorite for his comedic charisma and in-ring versatility.
His recent storylines, including a match against John Cena at Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 24, 2025, and a quick loss to JC Mateo on SmackDown, captivated audiences.
In his post, Killings expressed gratitude to fans for their unwavering support, saying,
