WWE SummerSlam 2025 marks the historic two-night event for the PLE, and the preparations for the biggest party of the summer have started in full swing.
With a few matches already confirmed, the promotion has announced additions to the WWE Summerslam 2025 Matches Lineup after the Raw episode following Evolution.

WWE SummerSlam 2025 Matches
A total of 6 high-stakes matches are announced for the grandest SummerSlam PLE ever, and the official lineup so far is as follows:
1) Tiffany Stratton vs. Jade Cargill: WWE Women’s Championship Match
Tiffany Stratton will once again lay down her title, this time against the 2025 Queen of the Ring, Jade Cargill, at SummerSlam 2025.
2) John Cena vs. Cody Rhodes: Undisputed WWE Championship Match
Once again, we’ll witness a hell of a ride at SummerSlam as John Cena and Cody Rhodes clash once again after WrestleMania 41.
3) Randy Orton and Jelly Roll vs. Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul: Tag Team Match
Logan interrupted Roll’s performance during the SmackDown episode and even tried to attack Randy Orton, but The Artist came out for Viper’s rescue.
With that, Randy Orton and Jelly Roll have teamed up to go against the duo of Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre at WWE SummerSlam 2025.
4) Naomi vs. Iyo Sky vs. Rhea Ripley: WWE Women’s World Championship Match
Naomi shocked everyone by cashing in her Money in the Bank contract over Iyo Sky during the champs match with Rhea Ripley.
Naomi won the triple-threat match at WWE Evolution 2025, and during the WWE Raw episode after Evolution, Adam Pierce (Raw GM) made it official that Naomi will defend her title against Iyo and Rhea at SummerSlam.
5) Becky Lynch vs. Lyra Valkyria: WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match
Becky dethroned both Lyra and Bayley at Evolution 2, and at Raw after Evolution, we saw Bayley and Lyra colliding in a two-out-of-three-falls match.
Lyra won this match and earned herself a shot for the women’s IC title at WWE SummerSlam 2025.
6) Gunther vs. CM Punk: WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match
A Gauntlet match for the No. 1 contender for the WWE World title was scheduled, and Bron Breakker was the favourite to win the match until the best in the world, CM Punk, chose to take over the opportunity by winning the match.
Later, Roman Reigns’ return shifted the focus of Seth Rollins’ faction, but we have got a new opponent for Gunther’s world title, and that is CM Punk.
