As soon as the event went off air, we saw Kevin Owens attacking Cody Rhodes brutally at the backstage in a shocking video.
From the past few weeks we saw tension building between the two Superstars, and this time Kevin Owens finally decided to betray his old friend Cody Rhodes.

Impact of the attack on the future of Kevin and Cody
WWE is known for quick storyline shifts, and we can expect the same this time too, as Cody Rhodes doesn’t have a potential opponent for the undisputed title, Kevin Owens can be a perfect opponent for him.
We can expect a long rivalry between these two as the former undisputed WWE champion Roman Reigns is busy in the Bloodline story. And with the return of Jimmy Uso and The Rock at Bad Blood, WWE is aiming for an historic match at the WWE Survivor Series 2024 Wargames.
