AEW WrestleDream 2024 seems to be a cracker of an event, and now with Bryan Danielson getting a new opponent, the hype has increased instantly.
Recently, during the AEW Dynamite Grand Slam edition, the match between Bryan Danielson and Jon Moxley was made official for the AEW World Championship at the AEW WrestleDay 2024 PPV.
We saw Jon Moxley competing with Darby Allin at AEW Dynamite, and a later attack by Bryan Danielson led to this epic match being fixed for the grand event.

Jon Moxley: The new challenger for Bryan DanielsonÂ
Jon Moxley booked his AEW World Championship match against Bryan Danielson by defeating Darby Allin, who previously won the title opportunity by winning the Royal Rampage.
Moxley challenged Darby, who was the No. 1 contender, and defeated him at the AEW Dynamite Grand Slam edition, which led to a title opportunity for him at AEW WrestleDream 2024.
So now Jon Moxley has become the new challenger for Bryan Danielson’s AWEW world title. Just a few days ago, Darby Allin got the opportunity, and now Moxley has taken over Allin for the No. 1 contendership.
Post Match Chaos at AEW DynamiteÂ
Moxley secured the win over Darby Allin at Dynamite and later, post-match, was attacked by Bryan Danielson, whom Moxley attacked at AEW All Out.
Bryan Danielson was furious and hungry for revenge as he choked Moxley with a tie and didn’t let him go. Marina Shafir tried to choke Bryan, but that didn’t stop him from choking Jon Moxley.
Later, PAC and Claudio Castagnoli interfed, and then Danielso released the choke. This segment has made this new rivalry an instant hit among the AEW families across the world.
This attack by Bryan has given a clear statement to all the AEW writers that he’s here to stay single-handedly.
Bryan Danielson fights against his old allies
Bryan Danielson, who was previously a part of the Blackpool Combat Club, has now become a rival of the club. Komander, Alex Abrahantes, and Private Party helped Bryan, while Moxley got support from PAC, Claudio Castagnoli, and Marina Shafir.
This new Faction by Jon Moxley has taken over AEW completely, and now Bryan Danielson has also got backup from his allies, which makes this rivalry more intense.
AEW Collision Grand Slam Edition
Following this Rivalry, the match komander and private party vs. PAC, Castagnoli, and Wheeler has been set for the AEW World Trios championship at the AEW Collision Grand Slam Edition.
Currently, there are no updates regarding Yuta’s support for both superstars.
