1) WWE Evolution 2 Update
As per Fightful Select, the announcement for Evolution 2 for the WWE calendar wasn’t accepted with positivity.
Even the stars got to know about it when the fans did, and they too didn’t get excited with how it was announced.
July 13, is the official date for WWE Evolution 2, just a day after WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event (July 2025).
2) Ricky Saints’ main roster shift
Dave Meltzer broke the news of the main roster shift of Stephanie Vaquer, Ricky Saints, and Jordynne Grace, out of which Steph has already joined Raw.
After his defeat against Ethan Page for the NXT North American title, Saints has time on his hands to make his way to the main roster. But the brand that he would choose wasn’t confirmed, by Dave.
We could expect him to make his way to the WWE main roster around SummerSlam 2025.
3) R-Truth Release Reason
Ron Killings, known as R-Truth, made a shocking announcement on June 1 regarding his exit from WWE.
The sudden exit of Truth left fans in disbelief and concerned about the reason for his release.
The actual reason for his exit lies in contract expiration, as WWE declined to renew it. Killings has started receiving offers from other promotions, as per reports.
4) NXT releases get offers
NXT has released its top women stars, which include Cora Jade, Gigi Dolin, and Dakota Kai.
The newly released stars are said to have received offers from MLW (Major League Wrestling), as per Fightful Select.
5) Goldberg to Main Event Saturday Night’s Main Event July
WWE confirmed July 12, as the date for the next edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event, and as we all know, Goldberg is ready for his last match in WWE; the event could be the right opportunity for it.
The reason, for this is that only Saturday Night’s Main Event is a live event where he could get to be the face of the show.
Apart from this, WWE has already packed multiple events for the remaining calendar, which leaves SNME as the only hope for Goldberg’s retirement, as per reports.
