The WWE 2K25 Patch 1.18 update brought a huge issue with CAS Custom Images, and with complaints pouring in and huge backlash, they have finally announced an emergency update for the game.
The WWE 2K25 Patch 1.19 update has fixed the issue around CAS Custom Image, and the update was released on July 12, 2025, at night.
Generally, we don’t see such emergency updates from Visual Concepts but this time they have to.
WWE 2K25 Patch 1.19 Complete Details
To fix the image issue, 2K rolled out an emergency update to fix this issue, and while addressing this, they wrote on X:
“A new hotfix is rolling out (Patch 1.19) that will return custom images after redownloading the affected CAS. For those who encountered the issue on a locally saved CAS, edits will need to be reapplied. #WWE2K25 “
WWE 2K25 revealed that you need to redownload the affected CAS to fix this issue.Â
Steps to fix the issue:
- Redownload your downloaded CAS.
- The custom image will appear now with this move.
For Locally Saved CAS:
- Gamers who faced this issue on locally saved CAS need to reapply the edits, as announced by WWE Games.
This update has brought huge backlash; fans are still not happy because it wasted their hours of spending on WWE 2K25.
